Liquids you’d want to take if you have Herpes.

If you’ve stumbled upon this post by chance let me reiterate for ya! I have Herpes so if you do too.. here’s a hug! If you don’t then I just want to say you’re already floating in the deep space as is the Internet, so might as well stay for Tea 🙂

Either way! The reason why I’m writing to you today is to discuss the significance of certain Liquids you’d want to take to ease the process of Self-healing. It may be easy for some people to incorporate these into their daily routine, so this post is exactly for such lads as you know we are not Ethnocentric here, but even so, despite of what kind of beverage resonates with you, I’ve decided to put together a short list that can boost your experience of healing to let you decide for yourself.

Matcha

Matcha Latte - How to make matcha green tea latte at home #matcha #greentea

This Japan originated Tea boasts of more than just its rich colour and diverse grub options. It has high amount of anti-oxidants like Catechin and EGCg which makes it highly equipped for a Detox. Matcha is also known for its soothing effects. I’ve personally have had Golden Matcha some gibberish I bought because it came in a cute container, but it did help me with my detoxification rendering visible and positive results.

Note: For best results, especially against Hsv, take without Sugar and Milk (High in protein).

Berries Tea

Here’s an actual image of my Hibiscus and berries Tea dissolving. The robustness of the Tea depended on the several minutes that I would have to wait by it. As for berries there’s different kinds of berry Teas rendering different results so you might wanna choose the one that fits you and your health complications. Our boy Hibiscus here helps reduce stress and boosts the immune system so I’d say he’s handy!

Peppermint Tea

Peppermint Tea

If you do not reckon the significance of the Peppermint Tea you must be new with Herpes. Hello! you can sit with us 🙂 Peppermint Tea is known to decrease the chances or onset of any skin disease so it also helps with Herpes. It is also one of the healthiest Herbal Teas so it comes emblazoned with several another benefits as well.

Cranberry Vodka

Heart Beet - Good for Digestion and Heart Diesease Prevention! Apple - 1 medium Beet Root - 1 beet Carrots - 12 medium Lemon - 1_2 fruit Oranges (peeled) - 2 fruit

Yeah I’d like some too, but since you have to give alcohol up at least during the initial stages of self-healing, let’s stick with Cranberry juice for now. Even Terry Crews knows cranberry’s good for UTIs, which might follow if you have a reactive virus. Well! cranberry is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin C. Apart from that it brews some of the finest coolers which is why it has marked a spot in this list.

Lemon water

Is drinking enough water each day a challenge? Infused waters to the rescue! Refreshing, and flavorful, these 31 recipes will make it easy to stay hydrated.

This is exactly where every Detox challenge starts; first thing in the morning some lemon water. Although this easy and quick fix guarantees visible results adding some grated ginger in it is even better except for your tastebuds of course. Heh! Lemon is a self explanatory contender here, just make sure you take it on an empty stomach for better results.

While these were the foundational ones I’ve personally tried and benefitted from them. Now remember in our cult dairy is forbidden, especially for the commencement period because you don’t wanna be back to square one after healing in small proportions. But if you’d rather take milk daily then Almond Milk or Coconut Milk can serve as better substitutes. Feel free to post your opinions or add to the list. Happy Recovery 🙂
