DIY #Lymph Nodes

If you haven’t I highly recommend it as an initial step to your self healing. If you have you must’ve noticed an overuse of word Lymphatic system. Fancy Shmancy eh! This is exactly where you start by the way. Just to reiterate our holy father; since, you can only flush the HSV virus and not kill it your basic step is to drown in detoxifying liquids, but how would the virus exit your wholesome body? That’s where the Lymphatic system comes in. Lymphatic nodes serve as a route for toxins to flush out through. Hence, it’s that slide that looks fun but kills your thighs on your way down and makes unappealing sounds when your skin rubs against it. Childhood cringe everybody.

Now that I feel important too let’s get to the next step. Henceforth, you can break your process into two sub-divisions where one fires up the virus to leave on a journey the fuck away from you and second makes way for the kid.

First one consists more of green vegetables, Alkaline diet and the right liquids. Whereas, the Second involves readying up your Lymphatic nodes for the journey, this boasts of methods responsible for un-blocking your Lymphatic nodes or making sure they’re smooth af! so the abomination can have the slide of its life 🙂

Now, if you’d like to satiate your inner voice that tells you to trust nobody (unless at least 3-4 people are selling the same truth ) feel free to conduct a secondary research on how to shut your inner demon? what? I mean how to unblock your Lymphatic system. For convenience I’m listing below the ones I’ve tried –

YOGA (What sorcery ? This was supposed to appear in purple)

I cannot stress it enough as to how Yoga can change your life. Hear me good… It’s that Nice Guy whom you need only in, and he will transform your life like you were born lucky boo, and if you’re that Nice Guy give up! Indulge in your own hustle.. she’ll come around although you’ll be taken by then so I don’t know where this is going anymore. Just date already Gee!

To summarise it all, Yoga not only treats issues like Hormonal imbalance (you know you have it) it also ensures your Lymph nodes are nice and clean. All you need is the right asana. Balasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana are some of the easier ones to start with.

Jump in!

Normal jumping can ensure that your Lymphatic system is all fired up. Please, keep from straining your toes though. You can also use a skipping rope or practice Rebounding (A healthier one this time) on a trampoline. Moral is keep it moving!

Hydro Therapy for Cheap people

That’s me 😀 So if you want a cheap hydrotherapy, set up some candles and flowers and crystals around your bathing area so you can disguise it as self care yada yada.. Now shower using hot water followed by showering under cold water, the sheer contrast would serve as an affordable (that goes for the candles) option you can try at home.

Massage (coz you’re worth it)

There’s a specific massage to trigger your Lymphatic nodes. Just get your other half to work heh!
